And you guys are sure that it´s "Wilhelmine" and not "Johanna"?

Could it be the word "Eleve"?

This is what I found out about the word:
Eleve
Als Eleve [e'le:və] ........und werden angehende Land- und Forstwirte während ihrer praktischen Ausbildung bezeichnet. Früher war der Begriff ein allgemeines Synonym für Schüler.
