Hi Yoozername,
as I saw the technical term Hl/B, which I think stands for Hohlladung (hollow charge), I feel obliged to give you my translation.
As there are a lot of ammunition terms, if someone has a better translation, feel free to correct:

2) To fight armoured vehicles ( fighting distances up to 1500 m) the 7,5 cm Pzgr.Patr.39 KwK.40 and Pak 40, as well as the 7,5 cm Pzgr.Patr.40 and 7,5cm Pzgr.40(W)KwK.40 and Pak 40 are used.
The last two cartridges are ballistically equal. With the 7,5 cm Pzgr.Patr.40(W) it is to be considered, that good penetration results can only be performed with target distances up to 1000 m.

3) The 7,5 cm Gr.38 Hl/B respectively Hl/C were developed as armor-piercing projectiles and therefore are intended for fighting armoured vehicles, they should only be used when there are no Panzergranatpatrone 39 are available.
The likely hit percentages can be seen from the "Ballistic Datas", page 45.

....
Guns with no meter divisions provided, when firing the 7,5 cm Gr.38 Hl/B and Hl/C, following firing regulations are valid as reference:
Use the distance division table of the 7,5 cm Gr.34, but add half of the target distance!
Example:
Target distance shall be 600 m.
In this case the target is to be aimed with distance division
600+600÷2=900m.
There are exceptional cases where 7,5 cm Gr.38 Hl/B and Hl/C can also be used against live targets, also at wider distances. This shall only be performed in urgent emergency cases, when no explosive grenades are available.
The cartridges are painted in fieldgrey. At the top in two opposite positions, the markings Hl/B and Hl/C is painted in black with a template. At the bottom of the cartridge a tracer shell is screwed in.

To fight armoured vehicles in an emergency case, also the 7,5 cm Sprgr.Patr.34 KwK.40 and Pak 40 with A.Z. (Aufschlagzünder/impact detonator?) in position o.V. (ohne Verzögerung/without delay initator?) can be used.

4) The smoke cloud, which develops after impact of K.Gr. rot Nb., has a diameter of 15-20 m. The effectiness lasts up to 30 seconds and wanders off with the wind.
More informations about dependency of smoke effects can be seen in H.Dv. 211/1. ( Heeresdienstvorschrift/Army manual):
"The smoke explosives and their handling, booklet 1, Principles for smoke handlings".

Best regards
Armin
