In the second column of this document, there is a few abbreviations I'm curious about. Any help would be appreciated.

сп-р = ?
зсп = ?
истр.б-н = ?
pot = ?

My suggestions:

б-н = батальон
с-р = стрелковая рота
сп.р. = специальная or специализированная рота
зсп = запасной стрелковый полк
истр. б-н = истребительный батальон
рот - plural of рота
