Use Google Translate, it's a simple German.
Basically he took part in the French Campaign 1940, while in IR.154 (58.ID), then occupation duty in France and Belgium in the same unit.
Later he spent two months each in ammunition factory in Torgau, explosives training course organized by Heeres-Zeugamt Königsberg (Pr) and studying in Heeres-Feuerwerker-Schule II.
Finally, on English Channel Islands in IR.583 (319.ID).

Re: Please help me translate a wehrpass
Thank you for your help. I wonder why he was moved to the Channel Islands? Would that have been by boat? I was always told he was a translator for the army.
Re: Please help me translate a wehrpass
I missed item 11 on page 4:I was always told he was a translator for the army.
Known foreign languages: none.
That would be at the time when this document was created. You did not provide a first page, I'm guessing - September 1939
Perhaps he learnt English later, while being on Channel Islands. There was not much to do there for near three years, I think...
There were changes to 58.ID in the Autumn 1940 and the new unit was formed - 319.IDI wonder why he was moved to the Channel Islands?
See the link I provided earlier, they explain it there.
On page 21 it says his move to 319.ID was decided on 27.10.40
