Translation of Soviet strength report

#1

I have a question with regard to two documents.

(1)
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=156032898
Page 4

Could I get some help in translating the three entries in column 2 below the "Total without 135th RD"-entry?

(2)
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=156032901

Could I get some help with the translation of column-headings 3, 4 and 5?
PS: Is there anything in the documents that explains the discrepancy in the personell total for 26A (column 8)?

For your second question, column 3 is command personnel, 4 is political personnel, 5 is administrative-technical personnel. These are groups of officer ranks.

the three entries in column 2 below the "Total without 135th RD"-entry?
I think they wrote there:

Итого по част(ям) боевого обеспеч(ения)
Итого по тыловым частям
Итого по зап(асным) частям
