I came upon this document on Pamyat Naroda, it is on the tank losses of the 3rd Ukrainian Front up to 20 February 1944.

What do the figures above and below the slashes indicate?

Can someone translate this cursive for me?

Thanks! But I should have been clearer about my question: what is the meaning of "0/4" under the KV losses for the 60th Guards Tank Regiment?

0 KV/4 SU-152 probably? There are no specific comments about them.

There is another quite instructive document called "War diary of the 3 Ukrainian Front's armored troops:
https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=451006251
The record from 20 February 44 says that 60 GTP was in action on the south-eastern edge of the Krivoi Rog and had 7 SU-152 operational, losses on 20.2.44 - 3 SU-152 destroyed and 1 damaged.
