Major v.(on) ?

I also see Folgende Befehle

possibly: vom Cacak abgemeldet and Oberst von ? flog

Yes, they're Oberst von Stockhausen, commander of the FK 816
and Major von Schulz, officer Ia/L (Landesschutzen) at the Kommandostab of Erich Gravenhorst in Belgrade.

Btw, on september 28 1941 von Schulz was KIA when, by a Fieseler Storch attempted to land at Gornj Milanovac in order to deliver orders to the 6/920 surrounded by chetniks & partisans.
The date of the written message is september 27, so the day before his death.
Three or fours days later Germans evacuated Cacak and retreated to Kraljevo.

So, I think, the message looks like this:
