even more german help - ausgemachten

The sentence is: "Im Bereich der ausgemachten Friedhofsmauer zieht sich der Feind zurück." The meanings for the adjectival form of "ausmachen" that I can find (agreed, complete, utter) do not seem to fit in this context. What is the appropriate English translation in this case, please? muchísimas gracias por su ayuda.

In this context "ausgemacht" means spotted or identified.

Can only agree with Helmut´s explanation.
The whole sentence would be " In the area of the identified cemetary wall the enemy is retreating".
