Hello Aegwyrt,
For the postcard in french language: Its to the attention of Count de Savignac and the handwritten text means (as I can read and translate):
Dear Sir
Are you able to come eating or drinking tea or coffee with me next friday in the afternoon ("Gouter" means to eat or drink something around 4 pm)
Grands et petits (Adults and children)??????
Kindly regards
but I am not able to decifer the signature (Maybe Warren)

Sorry for my poor english but's not my native language
Regards
Prosper
