Thanks a lot Svejk!
Translation is pretty clear to me except "heavy throwing devices 10". What kind of German weapons are those?

Best regards,
TuomoKoo

I think that these are "heavy launchers" for throwing turbo-rocket shells (mines).

"In 1941, a heavy throwing device mod. 40 was slightly improved, and part of its wooden structures replaced by metal. New PU received the name Heavy throwing device mod. 41.

Needless to say, heavy throwing devices arr. 40 possessed poor mobility and were extremely vulnerable to enemy fire, especially given their short range. Therefore, in 1941-1942. the Germans created self-propelled launchers on the chassis of the medium-sized Sd.Kfz.251 semi-tracked armored personnel carrier and the captured French tank 38N Hotchkiss. In both cases, closures with turbojet 28-cm and 32-cm mines were placed on both sides of the machine. On the armored personnel carrier 6 closures were installed (3 from each side), and on the tank - 4. Vertical guidance was carried out using the frame to which the closures were attached. The maximum elevation angle was 40–45 °. Horizontal guidance was carried out by turning the machine. Inside the machine was an electric ignition apparatus, with the help of which shells were launched. The armor of the car protected the calculation from bullets and fragments.

These self-propelled guns had good maneuverability and maneuverability, but their significant drawback was the low accuracy of fire.

It is interesting that in besieged Leningrad the NIAP staff on the basis of a German 28-cm high-explosive mine and a heavy throwing device arr. 40 280-mm high-explosive M-28 high-explosive projectile and capping for it were created. For the first time, M-28 shells were used at the front on July 20, 1942. M-28 was the only Soviet turbojet shell used in combat conditions."
