Translating Luftwaffe death record

I've made some progress in transcribing and translating, but much of it has gone completely over my head so I'd appreciate help.

Here is what (I think) I have so far - question marks where uncertain/unknown:

another acronym referring to the publication in the casualty list and at the right bottom the date of register and the paraph of the clerk.

BTW, he´s burried in Mykolaiv, 110 km WNW of Beryslav.
