Soldiers Photo Need help with inscription

Hi,
Another photo with an inscription if anyone can help? Not too sure what is going on in the photo. Possibly just a rest stop photo.

" Der 3. Zug auf Benäbell Tschirkuja, Oktober 1941=
The 3rd platoon at .........., October 1941".

I have no clue what village is meant and how it´s spelled. Likely is only that it´s somewhere in the east (Russia/Ukraine).

Is it possilbe that the first word in question reads "Baustelle"?
