Can anyone read that signature? It belongs to a Leutnant / Oberleutnant Hans H...... from Infanterieregiment 33. None of the names in the Rangliste 1937/38 looks similiar.

Is it possible that it reads "Hans Günther"?

Thanks. Indeed, that could be. I considered the first letter of the last name the same as at the first name, but there was a Johannes (Hans) Günther in I.R.33 in 1937/38. So you are probably right.
