Translation and confirmation

#1

Post by ransomhades » 16 Oct 2020, 18:02

Hi all, I did an earlier post but now with new evidence I would like to see if anyone can confirm that these two documents are referring to the same soldier. If they are deemed to be the same man can someone please translate the casualty card in its entirety?

Thanks in advance

Erkennungsmarke number is different.
Soldbuch was issued in Köln, but on the other card we have units from Ober/Nieder Schlesien.
Also birth year does not match.

Yes I had a feeling they were different people. I cannot however find any records for the Rudolf Ochmann as detailed in the Soldbuch
