K/B-Stelle and Z/K-Stelle

In one document, speaking of the structure of command officers in Panther and Tiger companies, it was suggested to change the "KStN" so that the Kompanie-Chef-Stelle was changed into a "K/B-Stelle". It also suggests that to compensate for casualties, a "Z/K-Stelle" should established in each company for the oldest officer.
I could guess Z/K-Stelle is something like "Zug-Kommandeur", but I'm probably wrong. I have no idea what "K/B-Stelle" is, and apparently neither did the recipient of the report, since the K is underlined and a question mark put beside it.
Can anyone tell me what KStN, K/B-Stelle, and Z/K-Stelle mean?
