Mountain Hydro? Power Plant? Photo Translation Help

#1

Post by sqnldr » 19 Apr 2021, 22:06

Hi,

I need some help with a page of photos from an album I own. I have seen similar 'pipes' at Telemark. Are these something similar for a power plant perhaps? Any suggestions on what the writing says or any help at all with the photos?

I have included a scan of the whole page and each of the photos... Sorry if any need rotating...

sqnldr,

Alpenfahrt/Alpine Trip

It shows the Walchenseewerk:

The other one is the Party headquarter in Munich, the
so-called Braunes Haus:

Doing some more research last night I thought I worked out the Walchenseewerk picture. However I would never have guessed the Munich party headquarters so thanks for this! Many thanks as usual,

David.
