Great Grandfather’s unit tag

Hello,

According to my Aunt, the tag in the attached picture is my Great Grandfather’s unit tag. I can’t read German and have no expertise in this area to interpret the tag. Can anybody help or offer advice?

Looks like unit was: Flak-Ersatz-Abteilung 7.
It was a Luftwaffe ground unit, perhaps you might get more info in Luftwaffe section of this Forum or other Luftwaffe forums.

Here: For sale somebody suggested ST.U.NB. as Stab und Nachrichten Batterie.

It reads ; Flak-Ersatz-Abteilung. 7 ( Air defense unit replacement, Battalion. 7 )

Tag number 440, Blood group 0
