Need help with translating WW1, Inter-War or WW2 related documents or information?

here is another name - I would read "Bunge". Am I right or does anyone has another idea?

Hard to tell when they use mix of Roman and Sütterlin letters. Here allegedly u, g and e are in Sütterlin, but B is not.
Runge is more common than Bunge, but who knows...

The problem is that the writer actually writes a "B" different. But also the "R" looks different:
