Can anyone read that name? I read Wuchrow, but it seems, such a name does not exist in Germany. No entry in telephone books nor in Ancestry.

LuckyStricke,

Looks like Duchrow to me.

Is there a dog on the front page?

Best regards
Armin

No dog. Here is the man. He might belong to Panzerregiment 23, although it is not sure.

Well,
The caption reads:

"Das war unser Piko. Der Kompanie bester Freund und zeitweisiger Führer."

So Piko will only be a nickname I guess.

Best regards
