two names?

Need help with translating WW1, Inter-War or WW2 related documents or information?

Can anyone decipher these two last names? My first thought was Rothe, but it seems the guy wrote the "h" differently...

I read Ede Schönknecht for the first one and
Willy Rothe for the second one.
