Need Help Deciphering Kriegsmarine Booklet

Hey Everyone! I recently found a ww2 german kriegsmarine booklet belonging to a man named Richard. I don't even know where to begin to translate what it says so any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Juan,

this soldier's unit was the Schiffsartillerie-Schule, 1. Kompanie.

Am 12. April 1940 v. Kdo Schiffs. Artl. Schule 1. Komp.
wegen Dienstunfähigkeit nach Wien VI ; Mariahilferstraße 115. W.N.A. Wien entlassen.
Ärztl. Entl. Urteil: Dienstunfähig a.v. Heimat u. entlassungsf.

So in general he was dismissed from active duty by medical order due to disability and send home to Vienna.
