Need help translating or transcribing, I guess it is German

Post by dennis100054 » 21 Jan 2022, 02:21

I believe it is German, written in pencil, probably an artist’s name, but I can't read it. Does anybody have any idea what it means? Could someone help me translate or transcribe it?

I thank you in advance for your time, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dennis,

When Elvis Presley was considered the King of Rock'n'Roll, then this man was the King of Waltz.

Johann Baptist Strauss jr.

The signature on the right side is the artist's name.

Best regards
