This is all, I was able to read, please translate for yourself... :roll:

Probably a former inscrition on the reverse of a photo, for a typical german "veteran letter" much to short.
The scan/photo speaks for itself, torn out of an older photo album.

were did you find this, was this a written reply from a former german WW2 veteran ?

A little more information would be be nice, if you are able to share this..? :?

Similar "tears/tearings" are well known from older photo albums, often "keptovers" from former german veterans.
Taken out of the former context, always very difficult to identify, if at all, sorry...
