Help with entry in medical file

I'm struggling to decipher these final entries in the medical file of someone I am researching. Is anyone out there able to make sense of this handwriting?

I am not making much sense out of it.
Perhaps others might add/correct.

1916 Der elektrische Inspektor sagt ihr, dass die Frau Ulrich ?
? gebaut ?. Sieht der Nachttische sich ?.

Hi Andy,

These are obviously notes about a patient in a psychiatric facility. I read:

1916 Der elektrische Inspektor sagt ihr, daß die Frau Ulrich auch sie gebaut sei. Sieht den Nachttisch sich bewegen.

20.V.17 Pflegefall - erholt sich wieder, psych.(isches) Bild nicht wesentl.(ich) verändert.
Juni 19 noch in der Anstalt.
