Help Translating Military Assignment Card

Post by Cheatman1342 » 11 Aug 2023 17:07

Hello. I'm looking for help translating a military assignment card of my great grandfather that I got from the Bundesarchiv. I mainly can't read the Erkennungsmarke, Truppenteil, or Eingeganene Meldungen. I know that he was stationed at Seefliegerhorst Pillau-Neutief but I'd really like to know if there is any explanation contained below that. Thank you for any help. -Eric.

Truppenteil: Flieger Horst Kompanie Pillau / Seeflieger Horst Kompanie Pillau Neutief

Eingeganene Meldungen:

He was diagnosed with "chronische Osteomyelitis" and "Tumor am Brustkorb"
Moved between several hospitals:

Reserve Lazarett II Königsberg, Lazarettkrankenbuch Nr.269
Lazarett Zug 671
Reserve Lazarett Ilmenau, Lazarettkrankenbuch Nr.74
back to Reserve Lazarett II Königsberg

Thank you very much for the help. He had a scar on the front of the shoulder that all my family just thought he was shot during the war but this provides some clarity. I really appreciate it.
