The picture is from the All-Russian Congress of the Estonian Military in Tallinn, July 1917.

The writing "Ühinege wennad" means in Estonian "Brothers unite". But what says the writing under the "Ühinege wennad." I guess its Hebrew... or not?

Sorry, cannot see any other text than EESTI written over the sini-must-valge. Where is the Hebrew supposed to be?

Not sure, but it sounds like:

Estland, main capital Talinn.

This country is near russia.

? am i correct?
