Death card translation

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can translate this death card for me. :) I would try it myself but the old style letters on these cards make it very hard for beginners to translate. :(

I am very tired, but I will try anyways. Correct me if I am wrong.

The heros death did I die,
have aquired myself the best,
In God's had rests every gift,
I lie in Russia's cold grave.
The bullet hit me well,
but to warriors/brave heaven stands open.
Mother and sister of mine,
include me in your prayers,
forget your Johann not,
who in enemy territory buried lies.
The will of God has happened,
In heaven we will meet once again.

Holder of the Sturmabzeichen,
fallen on the 2nd of February 1942
by the fight in the east
at the age of 30.

My Jesus, mercy!
Sweet heart of Maria, be my rescue!
Sweet heart of Jesus, be my love!
Merciful Jesus, give him the eternal rest.
Our Father, Ave Maria!
