Could some kind soul translate the following paragraph into English?
In den Morgenstunden des 1. Mai brach die gepanzerte Angriffsspitze Busse mit funf tigerpanzern und etwa zehn Schutzenpanzerwagen mit aufgesessener infanterie bei Wittbrietzen durch die russischen linien.

In the early hours of May 1st the armoured spearhead of battle group Busse with five Tiger tanks and 10 armoured personnel carriers with infantry broke through the russian lines at Wittbriezen.
