Is there a common German firstname/surname combination analogous to 'John Smith', ie a name often used as a quick and easy alias?

possible surnames Schmidt, Meier, Müller firstname it is a bit different older ones like Horst, Fritz, Werner, etc.

I think the standard name would be something like "Hans Müller".
