Hello David,

Henning Herbert Pieper does not mention a meeting between Fegelein and Zech-Nenntwich.
Orlov already posted on April 29 the most complete bio of Z-N published.
Z.N was only a non-commissioned officer in 1941 during the Pripet operation.
His personal file in the CD Nr 13 of John Moore has only two pages of his Stammkarte.
There is indeed the mention of rape on the Stammkarte.
One should have the SS-Gericht file to know the details.

Regards
Patrick
Is this a photo from Pieper's book ?
Orlov stated that the allegation of rape was in 1943, but all the dates i can see there are 1944.

DavidFrankenberg No - this scan of Zech-Nenntwich's SSO file don't exist in in Pieper book. This is excellent monography - but I was able to find more information about places of stationing Schwadronen in the GG, use SS-Ers.Kav.Abt. Warschau in pacification of Warsaw's Ghetto Uprising (1943) and interesting details about corruption and theft (+ Rassenschande) in Fassbender/Fegelein case (unfortunately in Polish regarding fur company Apfelbaum).

The Stammkarte says, theft of weapons (Waffen Diebstahl), rape (Verwaltigung).
In different handwriting the SS-Gericht charge is basically for desertion (Fahnenflucht).

Do you think desertion is for his 2 escapes ?
Do you think we can find today the minutes of the trial in the SS-Gericht Files ?

Unfortunately the bulk of SS-Gericht files were probably destroyed before the end of the war (or destroyed during Allied air-raids). I do not know where any surviving records may be held.

Dear steve248,
What about Prague (now VHA)? Germans located there copies of their docs.
