Correct Phil.

He was ready an odd political leader :
he didn't wear usual Gauleiter clothes
he was member of the 3 main party organisation in which I rose in rank without he left the others.

any explanations ?

I always had the imprssion that he was the political boss in the West and that because he was so successful in integrating the vre-occupied territories back into the Reich he was allowed a lot of leaway. He was a hard worker and this led to his death
