I have Paul Dickkopf (and some others) on KK-Lehrgang at Sipo-Führerschule Berlin-Charlottenburg from 1938-10-12 to 1939-06, from 1939-07 at Kripoleitstelle Karlsruhe

The list posted by Albert re W-Schmidt and the date:
This is a list of participants in the 8.Kriminalkommissarlehrgang at Führerschule der Sipo u.d.SD, Berlin-Charlottenburg, between 17 Oct 1938 and 1 July 1939.
The successful Kommissars (looks like most of them) were promoted Kriminalkommissar on 15 Jan 1940.
