Here’s one I found surfing. Profiled in some news articles:

A friend of Himmler, this man was originally a Pan-European of the Coudenhove-Kalergi movement, later inspirer of Waffen SS , working with Gottlob Berger , becoming ideologue of several SS divisions. I never heard of him but according to interview with author of a new book about him, he was a big influence and should be more well known.

Born in Lucerne in 1907, he was a Swiss national who spent the war years in Germany. He was tried and sentenced in absentia to 16 years for treason. He died in Munich, 2005. He appeared in Guido Knopp’s SS television documentary series.
