Along with Franz Göring, Schellenberg's Adjutant, he dealt with the bureaucratic obstacles which kept the prisonners from being released to the Swedes, he negotiated or bribed the inmates out of the KZs or the prisons

Krause is really easy, but it's the picture above him that is the question. Filip confused matters by posting TWO questions. A good reason why members should only post one at a time, apart from the fact that posting more than one is not allowed!
So, we still have Filip's first photo and question, for which I have asked for clues.
