Duncan my mistake, this photo is known as photo of both, Heinz Jost and Humbert Achamer-Pifrader. I am unable to confirm either, Sorry for confusion and please take the turn. I was not aware of this confusion before.

The Bundesarchiv doesn't claim it's Jost, it's only suggested that it could be him.

It does look like Jost though. Only the ear looks different, compared to his mug shot (but that's probably due to different angle/light).

It is Jost 100%. Even the facial scars are an exact match. No doubt whatsoever.
