Did the Higher Police leaders have an administrative office in their respective cities, Riga, Kiev and Belarus or was it too volatile compared to ones in the reich?

Is there any source for Prützmann’s 2 years in Kiev and his activities day to day etc?

Prützmann - a record of his 2 years service in Kiew.
No one appears to have written much about Prützmann when you think he might make an admirable subject for a biography. Maybe PhD students believe he is old hat.
The only regular messaging connecting Prützmann of his Kiew service are among the German Police Decodes - intercepted German radio messages using the German Polizei cypher key that the British regularly broke. Copies of said radio messages at UK National Archives (not digitized) and a proportion of them at USHMM Washington DC.
They are hard work to go through, page after page, thousands of pages just looking for Prützmann.
Only myself and David Irving have gone through them page after page at UK NA. Mind-numbing because of the vast range of subjects that were decyphered every day.

Thanks for the reply Steve I agree he would be an interesting subject as one of only two Supreme SS leaders a and has had little coverage in contrast to Wolff.
Of course Wolff lived into the 80’s and due to negotiations and later trials and interviews there will be a lot more information abound for him and not for this figure perhaps.
