I make a long shot and see if anyone might reqognize those two officers from the SS-Totenkopf Division.
The photo is from Hist.Media. and there are some photos in the same serie. What I can see in the photos is Karl Wolf visiting the SS-T Div. Eicke is anmong the photos so it´s before 1943. One surprising thing is that Max Wünsche is also in the photos as SS-Hstuf. So the photo is taken between 1940-1942 most probably closer to 1940 then 1942, the reason why I guess that is that the SS-T.-Officers are wearing double TK´s on their collartab and Eicke is wearin the old version of SS-Gruf. insignia.

Any contribution of who these two officers of the SS-T.-Div. are, is much welcomed.

Makes sense, but he looks somewhat different (maybe it's just the angle).
Also, in some of the previous images on the website, there's an officer who seems to be an SS-Staf. and who looks more like Maack:

What do you think? (But note that the images on the website aren't necessarily sorted chronologically. It could be the same man.)

Edit: according to this thread viewtopic.php?f=38&t=238708 there were no battalion commanders with the rank of SS-Ostubaf. in the regiment at the time the photos were taken (1943); if so, the pictured officer should indeed be Maack (that is, if it's not Rädeke, whom I've seen credited as both SS-Stubaf. and SS-Ostubaf.).
