Member SS(nr. 4287).
On 20-4-1937 he got promoted to SS-Obersturmführer.

Johannes Schlupper.
Member SS.
SS-Obersturmführer and Kriminalsekretär der Polizei.
He was employed within the Staatspolizeistelle in Chemnitz.
After that he was transfered to the Staff from the KdS in Warsaw.
In March 1945 he was CO from an SS-Sonderkommando with the Gestapo in Chemnitz and he was responsable for executions on several prisoners in March 1945. He received the KVK2mS and the KVK1mS.
He was never tried or convicted after the war.


Are these two men identical?

SS-Obersturmführer und Kriminalsekretär Johannes Paul Paulus SCHLUPPER was member of Sonderkommando 11b (Einsatzgruppe D) from June 1941 to February 1943 (he was Teilkommandoführer in Tchyerkyessk).
He was tried in München (where he lived) from 5 XI 1973 to 1974 but the outcome of this trial is unknown to me.

He was sentenced to 4,5 years in prison.

Schlupper was tried in München along with two other members of Einsatzkommando 11b: Rudi Esc. and Heinrich Win. Esc. was sentenced to 5 years and Win. to 3 years.
As far i know their full names were Rudi Eschenbacher and Heinrich Winterstein (source: informations from this forum).
