Kloes...does anyone know when was he promoted to the SS-Stubaf. rank?

Dr. Kloes was promoted SS-Stubaf.: 01.04.1942; SS-Ostubaf.: 20.04.1944.

John P. Moore's "Führerliste" has him holding the rank of SS-Hauptsturmführer in August of 1941 (IVb, Pz.Jg.Abt.4 ), but I don't have the actual promotion date.
