some sources say a Otto Schultz from Warsaw (Pawiak-prison) was killed on 06-may-1943 by the underground, but others name the same man as Helmut Schultz

The correct name was Herbert Schultz, Gestapo member Warschau who was assassinated by Polish Home Army on 6 May 1943 not Helmut.
