Volksdeutscher, not Volksdeutsch. One doesn´t use an adjektiv as noun.
volksdeutsch = adjektiv
Volksdeutscher = noun, masculin, singular
Volksdeutsche = noun, feminin, singular
Volksdeutsche = plural, but also f/m (sing.) within a sentence: Der/die Volksdeutsche ....
