Karl Schirmer
sentenced to life imprisonment 06.12.1948 in Warsaw

Krystian Wild sentenced to death commuted to 15 years of imprisonment

Hugo Engelbrecht (05.09.1911); volksdeutsch; railway guard in Sochaczew and in 1943 he shot Wladyslaw Polakowski.
Trial in Warsaw

Hugo Max Klupsch
participated in killing of Polish and Soviet partisans in 1943, in Postawy in the province of Vilna, as chief officer of the “Schutzmannschaft” battalion No 102
sentenced to 6 years imprisonment 10.03.1951 in Warsaw

Irena Jadwiga Chmielewicz
during the occupation she worked as a secretary of the 4th Department (Gestapo Warschau)
sentenced to death, commuted to 12 years imprisonment 1946

Karl Schirmer, born 28/01/1887, extradited from US military zone to Poland on 25/02/1947, sentence: life, died in prison on 27/07/1952.

Hugo Max Klupsch, born 01/08/1897, extradited from US military zone to Poland on 03/02/1947, sentence: 6 years, released on 23/07/1951.

I don't have informations about the others.

member Gendarmerie (1940-1944)
sentenced to life imprisonment 16.02.1949 in Warsaw
died 19.05.1951 in prison

Where was he member of the Gendarmerie?

Kitzler, Oberwachtmeister der Polizei, sentenced in Wadowice to 3 years and 6 months, date of release unknown.
Leitner, SS-Unterscharführer, extradited from US zone on 25/02/1947, sentenced in Kraków to 6 years, released on 28/02/1948.
Schnell, SS-Rottenführer, sentence unknown.
Höwner, SS-Oberscharführer, extradited from US zone on 03/02/1947, sentenced in Kraków to 8 years, released on 21/09/1954.
Gierisch, SS-Rottenführer, extradited from US zone on 25/02/1947, sentenced in Kraków to 6 months, released on 18/10/1948.
Krakowczyk, SS-Rottenführer, extradited from US zone 28/06/1946, sentenced in Kraków to 6 years, released on 21/01/1953.

Karl Friedrich Wilhelm Rossow, SS-Rottenführer, born in Berlin-Marzahn, extradited from US zone on 25/02/1947, sentenced in Kraków to 4 years, released on 12/04/1951.

Struzyna, SS-Unterscharführer, born in Antonienhütte/Schlesien, sentence unknown.

Heinz Hartwig, should be Heinz Erich Hertwig (born indeed on 14/08/1921 in Chemnitz), SS-Oberscharführer, extradited from British zone on 13/10/1947, died in prison in Kraków before the trial on 24/12/1947.

According to this judgement Schnell was sentenced in Kraków to 5 years.

According to the document Schnell was arrested on 15/10/1951. He was using the false papers and false name "Antoni Jasiński" and was working as a coal miner in Beuthen (Bytom) until arrest in 1951.

Struzyna was sentenced in Kraków to 4 years.

Christian Julius Hermann Hotze, born 12/06/1892, major of Wehrmacht, extradited from US zone on 25/02/1947, sentenced in Warsaw on 03/01/1950, released on 14/11/1953.

Herbert Erich Wolfram, born 04/02/1893, Hauptmann, extradited from US zone on 25/02/1947, sentenced in Warsaw to 6 years on 03/01/1950, escaped on 28/08/1948.

Both were extradited for crimes committed against Polish POWs in Germany (POW camp in Mühlberg, also in Merseburg, Kiel, Augsburg and Ulm).
