This looks to be post-1942 photo because of the OrPo epaulette and cuff absence on uniform.

Heinrich Wilkenhofer head of gestapo in Klatovy is the man in the middle with the glasses. Behind his left shoulder is Schamberger. Both were sentenced to death by hanging.

Right...his name was Winkelhofer.

Front row from the left: Harry Obermayer, Hans Pfaff (No 2), Kilian Ruprecht (No 3), Heinrich Winkelhofer (No 4), Kurt Schmidt (No 5), Rudolf Friedl and Rudolf Straube.
Back row from the left: Franz Wotava (No 8), Richard Lindner, Wenzel Liebl, Hermann Wodicka, Ludwig Seeholzer, Franz Schamberger, Anton Polzer, Heinrich Wimmer, Unknown, Josef Hetmanek (No 18).

Hello everyone,
assistance is requested on the identification of this SD-Untersturmführer.
All I know is that the picture was taken in Sarajevo in 1941. The SD officer seems to wear a moustache, the badge of the SA rally in Braunschweig of 1931, the Reich's Sports badge and the Iron Cross 2nd class.
