The photo from Goofy with what appears to be Schulz with Grenzpolizeischule Pretzsch in the background is very interesting.
Schulz did not take over RSHA I B in Berlin and Kommandant of the Sipo-Führerschule until spring 1941.
The men in the photo do not look especially cold and makes me wonder if this is a photo from June 1941 after his appointment as commander Einsatzkommando 5 and the other two are members of said Kommando.

One more interesting SD-photo.
Apparently, full combat readiness before starting his work. Heer members are also visible...

The first picture above by goofy was not taken in Dubno. It shows members of EK 11 (EG D), before its separation into two Sonderkommandos which took place in early July 1941.
I believe it was taken on a road side outside Bad Düben; the road itself and white paint on the trees are pointers.

The second photo is posted in another topic, quoting a Dutch source, and said to be members of EK 9 somewhere in Russia.
