This is what I know about the man. He was a krim.sekretär/sturmscharführer. From 1940 till 9/1944 with BdS The Hague, Dept.V.
Rom 9/1944 with the Einsatszkommando Enschede. Hanged in Februar 1945 for desertion.

He certainly was no Market Garden casualty. Bell had a relation with a Dutch woman from Enschede and it was his intention to desert.
On 6.2.1945 he was sentenced to eath by the Feldgericht X and hanged three days later at Deventer together with an other member of the SD by the name of Hillesheim.
How/where did you find his name?
