SS "Germania" at monument.

This is a detachment of "Germania" at a monument for the fallen. I'm not sure if this is pre-war or after the start of hostilities. Does anyone know the location of this monument please? Arolsen perhaps?

Hi Max, there are some mourning people on the right. Also what looks to be a widow with two little kinds. Might be a hint that the photo was taken after the beginning of the war... unless somebody was killed in an accident before the war started but then there maybe wouldn't be a ceremony like that...
