"Fernsprechverzeichnis" for Gestapo in Kattowitz

Hi all,

Does anyone have a copy of the "Fernsprechverzeichnis" (phonebook) for Gestapo in Kattowitz, dated 1944?

About 5 years ago a forum member promised to send me a copy of this information in return for a large number of documents that I sent to him regarding a member of the Kattowitz Gestapo. The photocopied documents were sent to the member in Sweden, which was not cheap, but he never provided me a copy of the Fernsprechverzeichnis as promised.

After 5 years and several attempts, I have all but given up hope.

Does anyone have a copy they would be willing to share with me please?
