Mike, he is not on the graduate list of the 11. KJL, J.Sch. Bad Tölz . The reason why I listed him as only a SS-Junker is he is mentioned in Patrick Agte's book on Joachim Peiper as having been selected to attend that course. As he is not on the graduate list, that means he failed to pass the course.

You cannot simply use the fact that he was selected to accumulate to future ranks using the promotion dates of other students of a Junker course, let alone conclude that he "failed to pass the course".

You're both jumping to conclusions and by claiming he failed the test you do him great injustice. Faubel was KIA before he could even attend the course.
