in this photo August Heissmeyer is with H.H at a visit to the Leibstandarte-SS in september in Metz, France for , i want to ask question which may be little stupid! What is the position Heissmeyer held at that time to make him visit the LAH along with H.H

Hello, Anas!

I think the main reason is that Heissmeyer was the chief of one of the oldest and influential Amts - SS Hauptamt. The small addition - the visit was attended not only Heissmeyer and Himmler, but also other major bosses such as Jüttner, Berger and some regional commanders: Rösener, Berkelmann, Dünckern etc.
