Im looking for info (full name, ss-number, rank, etc) on:

Thiemann (RSHA IV D 2 & VI A 7)
Schambacher (RSHA IV E 4)
Wandesleben (RSHA IV B 3)

They all worked for the Gestapo and may have ranks of SS-Hstuf och SS-Stubaf.

Regards,
Simon

My sources are the Fernsprechverzeichnis - Chef der Sicherheitspolizei und des SD for May 1942 and June 1943.

Geschäftsverteilungsplan des RSHA, Stand vom 1 March 1941.

All at the BDC.

As well as 30 years of research.

I can't find Wandesleben SS-Nr. and Karl Thiemann's is in my last post.

Regards,

Peter

Most likely Ernst Schambacher wasn't an SS-officer, at least I can't find his SS-number or his SS-rank...

Hello Radevich,
Thanks for your post, I made a mistake indeed.

Don't know where I got that SS-number for Wandesleben but the 351.098 indeed belongs to Albert Widmann.
So I went searching and on Wikipedia they give 290.022 as the SS-number for Wandesleben.
But on the numery czlonkóv SS 290 000 - 290 999 list this number is from Walter Schade.
http://www.dws-xip.pl/reich/biografie/n ... er290.html

So again not the correct one.
So although I did find some extra info about Wandesleben on books.google.nl and Wikipedia, still don't have his correct SS-number apparently.

Greetings, Mike

Hi,

who knows, is O.-W. Wandesleben still alive or already dead? There is no information about his death in internet.
